About SomeAI
SomeAI is a research and operations company building Charlotte OS — an operating system for business operations. We provide software and managed services to business clients (B2B). We do not operate consumer-facing products.

When you engage with SomeAI — including through our messaging services (SMS/MMS), email, or phone — we collect:
- Contact information: name, email, phone number, business affiliation, provided by you during engagement.
- Business context: information related to the services we provide, as required to deliver those services.
- Messaging content: SMS and MMS messages you send to our numbers are processed to deliver service and stored for operational records.
We do not collect data from consumers or members of the general public via our messaging services. All messaging participants are pre-authorized business contacts.
How We Use Your Information
- Deliver software, operations services, and responses to your inquiries.
- Maintain records of business communication for operational continuity and audit.
- Improve our internal systems and the quality of our service.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only:
- With the specific client or organization you engage us on behalf of, and only as relevant to the work.
- With service providers that support our infrastructure (cloud hosting, communications — e.g., Google Cloud, Twilio), under contractual confidentiality.
- When required by law.
Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. Infrastructure runs on Google Cloud Platform and Firebase. Access is restricted to authorized SomeAI personnel.
SMS/MMS Services
Our messaging services are invitation-only for specific business contexts. Recipients are authorized business contacts who opted in verbally or via internal onboarding. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by service.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing jack@someai.com.
